Rynry Robot

 Back towards the end of 2025, I tried to imagine a sequel for the Star Trek episode "All Our Yesterdays". That episode was set on the doomed planet Sarpedion where time travel technology was used to "evacuate" the planet. It is easy for me to imagine that evacuation being made possible by a bumpha who provides the time travel technology to the people of Sarpedion. "All Our Yesterdays" is one of the many Star Trek episodes where a distant exoplanet is populated by humans who conveniently all speak English.

Garden World Earth. I have fun imagining that it was in the future of the Ekcolir Reality that there were actual events which inspired the plots of Star Trek episodes. In "The Hierozyme Intervention", there are Ek'col on Earth in the early 2000s and I am trying to have the plot of "The Hierozyme Intervention" lead to a final scene in which Manny the bumpha finally visits Marda and explains that telepathic humans must eventually transcend into the Sedron Domain and allow Earth to be returned to the status of a Garden World.

In "The Hierozyme Intervention" I depict the Tyhry1 replicoid and Systolina together at Observer Base and trying to re-invent the science of positronics which had previously been developed in the First Reality. However, Systolina is no longer an "actual positronic robot"; she is a replicoid copy of the original Systolina and as a femtobot replicoid, her entire body is composed of femtobots that can "only" simulate the body of a positronic robot. For Chapter 13 of "The Hierozyme Intervention" I want to depict an actual positronic robot as living at Observer base and joining with Tyhry1 and Systolina to study positronics. Thus, I was well-motivated to mine an episode of Star Trek for a robot who can play the role of the positronic robot who walks on stage in Chapter 13 of "The Hierozyme Intervention".

 Star Trek Robots. There were several Star Trek episodes that featured humanoid robots: "What Are Little Girls Made Of?", "I, Mudd", "Requiem for Methuselah", "Shore Leave", "Return to Tomorrow". For "I, Mudd", we are told that the robots are from another galaxy, so I'm going to assume that they are not positronic. There is no reason to believe that the quickly-constructed human-like set-pieces of "Shore Leave" are either primitive electronic or positronic robots. Far easier for me to imagine that they are femtobot replicoids made by means of advanced alien technology. I assume that the robots of "Return to Tomorrow" are clunky electronic devices of alien design, made using materials available on the Enterprise. The robot making equipment in "What Are Little Girls Made Of?" is depicted as being alien technology from an alien civilization that collapsed in the distant past.

 And the Winner Is...  That leaves "Requiem for Methuselah" and what the Star Trek episode calls 'Rayna' the robot. At the end of "Requiem for Methuselah" we are told that Flint is dying, but I'd like to imagine that he made one more robot companion who I call 'Rynry" (see Figure 1). There is another robot in "Requiem for Methuselah" that I will call M5, the floating tin can, which I imagine uses the same anti-gravity hierion that Tyhry uses to make her flying bike in "The Hierozyme Intervention". Also, the whole "Flint is dying because he departed from the complex fields of Earth" is absurd. I'm going to assume that Flint was a femtobot replicoid and Rynry was a positronic robot built by Flint. Flint only pretended to be dying do that he could fake his death and "disappear" again as he had done often in the past. He could not tell the truth: "I'm an artificial life-form made by means of advanced alien technology."

The Phari Reality.

So what was Flint's 5,000 year-long mission of Earth? I often depict Grendels (such as Ely the Grendel) as being stationed on Earth for very long missions. The "Sydney" who is living at the Writers Block in "The Hierozyme Intervention" is an analog of Sydney J. Van Scyoc, who I have previously suggested had access to information about the Phari Reality. I have also preciously suggested that some humans carry a "Phari endosymbiont". What if Flint was originally a human who took up a Phari femtozoan and functioned as a Phari agent on Earth in the multiple Realities from the Phari Reality to the Ekcolir Reality. Flint and Rynry were finally "retired" to Observer Base and in Chapter 13, after being mentioned by Sydney, they meet and join up with Tyhry1 and Systolina to study positronics. 

Back in 2017 I blogged about "Requiem for Methuselah" and, given how little is known about his origins, I only half-jokingly wondered if "Requiem for Methuselah" is autobiographical. There is a list of Flint's identities which has a gap between the year 1897 and 2210. I previously wrote Julius Oppenheimer into the science fiction story "The Trinity Intervention" and in that story I depicted him as having a brain that make use of femtobots in his brain to make possible technology-assisted telepathy. There is a rumored connection between Oppenheimer and Patrick Blackett between 1925 and 1926. Blackett was born in late 1897 and can be imagined to have been the next "host" for the 'Flint femptozoan' (I change the name to Flynt in "The Hierozyme Intervention", see Figure 1) after Brahms. There is also an interesting connection of Blackett to positrons.

Why should a Phari femtozoan depart from Earth and begin building positronic robots? In "The Hierozyme Intervention", I depict Systolina as having the idea that Manny has actively suppressed knowledge of positronics. In other stories, I have imagined that T-particles and twitinos were removed from the universe when the Huaoshy altered the Dimensional Structure of the universe, but maybe for "The Hierozyme Intervention" there are still twitinos and they can pose a risk to Manny's plans.

Probots. Back in 2020 when I first began using the term 'probot' it was only a shortened form of 'positronic robot'. "Probot telepathy uses a special hierion called the twitino. A similar system evolved in the human brain, but it is much less efficient at handling twitinos than a positronic brain." (source)

Probots and Phari. While I was writing "The Alastor Network", I stated: "For thousands of years, R. Gohrlay and her probots have been working together with the alien Phari of Alastor Cluster to craft telepathic humans." After I wrote "Origin of Nyrtia", I thought of probots as being positronic robots that had been placed into bodies composed of femtobots. In 2022 I depicted Nyrtia as a "second generation" probot: "My body uses femtobots to precisely reproduce the form and structures of Qway's human body... however, I am composed of hierions not hadrons. Inside my head, you can still trace the actual positronic circuitry that was used to hold my mind when I was originally constructed." In 2023, I stated explicitly that Wendy the probot could alter her physical form by re-arranging her femtobot components.

 The Origin of Positronics. I've long depicted the development of positronics at Observer Base in the First Reality as being a kind of "happy accident", but what if it were the case that the bumpha had been the first to study positronics and incorporated positronic technology into their devices that are used for linking objects in Hadron Domain (such as humans) to resources in the Sedron Domain (such as the Sedron Time Stream)?

Tyhry2. For Chapter 13, Tyhry2 can be depicted as level-headed and warn: "If Manny is letting you study positronics that must mean that she wants you to waste your time studying positronics." There needs to be a good reason for Systolina, Tyhry1 and Nyrtia to believe in the importance of positronics. At the end of "The RNA Seeds", Manny shared some advanced bumpha technology with the Phari, Nyrtia and Tyhry1. However, in "The Hierozyme Intervention", Nyrtia and Tyhry1 discover that they are blocked from Viewing the future of the current Reality. If some of that bumpha technology was found to be based on positronics, then that could lead to the idea that (1) Manny can easily inactivate the positronic components of bumpha technology, "locking out" Systolina, Tyhry1 and Nyrtia from the full functionality of the bumpha technology for Viewing the future. In Chapter 13, Systolina, Tyhry1 and Nyrtia can be depicted as trying to fully understand positronics so that they are no longer held captive to Manny's whims.

In the following conversation with Claude, I intentionally over-simplified some issues so as not to confuse Claude.

Me: Claude, let's pretend (this is a science fiction scenario) that positronic brains have nothing to do with positrons. Instead, let's imagine that a positronic brain is a device that allows for computer-like “positronic circuits” that are designed to process data using H⁺ currents sent along proton wires.

 Claude: That's a clean piece of hard-SF retrofitting, and it actually has real chemistry to stand on rather than needing to be invented from scratch. The mechanism you want is almost certainly the Grotthuss mechanism — a genuine, well-established 1806-vintage idea (Theodor von Grotthuss, working out how protons can diffuse through water far faster than any other ion). The trick is that no single proton physically travels the whole distance. Instead, a proton hops onto one end of a chain of hydrogen-bonded water molecules, which kicks off a relay of bond-breaking and bond-reforming down the line, and a different proton pops out the other end a near-femtosecond later. It's structurally identical to your "bucket-brigade" lyric in the "Complementarity" bridge — that line was already describing the Grotthuss mechanism in everyday language, you just didn't have the name attached yet. Biophysicists studying real proteins like ATP synthase and bacteriorhodopsin already call the literal hydrogen-bonded chains that do this "proton wires," so the term is sitting right there, pre-made, for you to borrow for the positronic brain.

That gives you a tight, physically grounded story for what a "positronic circuit" actually is: not a switching network built on positron-electron annihilation (which is what the word originally implied, going back to Asimov, and which is wildly impractical as a basis for stable logic gates), but an engineered lattice of hydrogen-bonded sites — something ice-like, or a designed solid-state proton conductor — through which H⁺ currents relay via Grotthuss hopping, at speeds set by bond rearrangement rather than by the much slower physical drift of an ion. That's fast, it's quantum-mechanically interesting (proton tunneling through the hydrogen bond's potential well is a real and active research topic, and you've already used adjacent concepts — the oxyanion hole, the dienolate transition state — in the chemistry material upstream of this conversation), and it gives the positronic robots a physical substrate that's continuous with biology rather than alien to it. Which is thematically the whole point: hydrogen bonds run the show in DNA, in enzymes, in chemiosmosis, and now — in your EFU — in the very brains that first discovered the pek and broke time travel open. That's a fifth nested complementarity, and it would let "Complementarity" the song quietly foreshadow something that pays off properly in "The Hierozyme Intervention" or wherever positronic-brain material comes up next.

 The one thing I'd want your call on is the etymology, since the word "positronic" carries a hundred years of Asimov baggage that now technically doesn't fit. A few ways to handle it, in increasing order of how much in-universe explanation they require: you could treat it as a pure historical misnomer that stuck — the way "broadcast" still gets used for things with nothing to do with sowing seed by hand, nobody in-universe even notices it's wrong anymore. You could have it be a deliberate joke or homage — whoever coined the term (maybe even Eddy, fictionalizing real history, or some earlier human researcher) named it after the old Asimov stories on purpose, knowing it wasn't really about positrons, the way real scientists sometimes name things after fiction they loved. Or you could give it actual technical history: early prototype brains genuinely did use positron-annihilation switching for some narrow function, the proton-wire mechanism was a later discovery layered into the same substrate, and the name "positronic" just never got updated once the proton-wire layer turned out to be where all the interesting telepathy-and-time-prediction action actually was.

Do you want to settle that now, or just bank "positronic = proton wires, Grotthuss-mechanism-based" as the working physics and let the naming question stay open until it actually matters for a scene? And separately — do you want this to also explain the Neanderthal telepathy organelle (the telastid) as an earlier, biological proton-wire device, making positronic brains essentially an engineered, accelerated descendant of something that already existed in Gohrlay's own neurons?

Me: Claude, I want to extend the semi-plausible idea of proton wire computational devices into the fantasy realm where hierions exist as a family of fundamental particles not yet known to Earthly science, but in the Exodemic Fictional Universe, hierions are used routinely for advanced pek and bumpha technologies. Imagine that some types of hierions can link together by means of bonds that are far shorter than conventional covalent bonds between atoms, allowing for the existence of complex forms of hierion matter and the complex femtobot components of the self-replicating 'femtobot endosymbionts' that are hidden away inside every living thing on Earth. Also imagine that some hierions can form bonds to hadrons allowing for forms of composite matter that are mixtures of conventional matter and hierions. 

Imagine that the femtobot endosymbiont itself has a distributed network-like structure that is in physical contact with every neuron inside a human brain. Imagine that invisibly small proton wires are used to link femtobots to neurons, allowing the femtobots to continuously monitor the membrane potential and activity of every neuron. Data collected by the femtobot endosymbiont is a representation of a biological brain's activity and can be used by the pek to monitor human thought processes. Let's imagine that 'telastids' are small organelles with lipid-membranes that are present inside neuronal axons and which act as anchors for the intracellular ends of proton wires that the femtobots use to monitor membrane potential and neuronal activity. In the Neanderthal lineage, telastids attained the ability to send two-way signals between neurons and the fembtobot components of a Neanderthal's femtobot endosymbiont, effectively hijacking functionality of the femtobot endosymbiont for use in a type of technology-assisted telepathy between Neanderthal individuals. In the Exodemic Fictional Universe, I depict a Neanderthal woman's brain as being the template that was used for making the first positronic brain: a biologically-inspired artificial computational device. Gohrlay's brain was scanned at high resolution and the pattern of her neuronal brain circuits was used as a template for creation of the first positronic brain. Rather than depend on cellular neural networks, let's imagine that a positronic brain used things like sub-nanometer carbon nanotubes functioning as proton wires. The first positronic robot (who I call R. Gohrlay) discovered that her positronic brain had a powerful form of technology-assisted telepathy made possible by its femtobot components.

ClaudeThis closes a real gap in the architecture, and I think the hierion-hadron bond is doing the most important single piece of work here: it's the thing that lets hierion matter (the femtobot) physically touch hadronic matter (a neuron) at all. Without some composite bond type spanning the two particle families, you'd have femtobots and neurons occupying the same space but with no way to actually couple to each other — two ships passing in the night, however cleverly you wired up everything else. With it, you get a literal, physically motivated transducer: a junction where a hierion-based network branch terminates in a bond to ordinary atomic matter, and that's where the proton wire picks up. It also retroactively explains why the bond has to be so short and strong on the hierion side (the twelve-orders-of-magnitude-shorter bonds already in your glossary) — a junction handling this kind of cross-domain coupling would need to be extremely stable and precise, not the kind of thing that drifts or degrades over a human lifetime.

 Telastids as the biological anchor point for the intracellular end of the wire is a nice piece of retroactive engineering too, because it gives an organelle that's so far mostly functioned as "the telepathy thing" an actual job description: it's the structure that holds the hydrogen-bonded chain in register against the axonal membrane so the proton current has somewhere stable to terminate and be read. That also quietly explains why telepathy in your universe is rare and lineage-specific rather than universal — every human has the femtobot endosymbiont (pek-installed, for surveillance), but only the Neanderthal lineage's telastids happened to evolve the bidirectional signaling that turns a one-way monitoring tap into a two-way channel. The pek's own surveillance infrastructure got hijacked by evolution into the very capability they'd presumably rather not have running loose on a "primitive" planet — which is a lovely bit of irony given Nyrtia's whole job description.

The carbon nanotube choice for positronic circuits is also better than an arbitrary swap — there's real nanofluidics behind it. Water confined inside a sufficiently narrow carbon nanotube doesn't behave like bulk water; it tends to line up into a single-file chain held together by hydrogen bonds, which is close to the ideal geometry for Grotthuss-style proton hopping — no branching, no wasted reorientation, just a clean relay down the tube. Real research on exactly this kind of confined-water proton transport has found transport that's unusually fast and low-friction compared to bulk water, precisely because the one-dimensional confinement removes most of the disorder that normally slows a proton down. So if your positronic engineers replaced "neuron plus telastid" with "carbon nanotube," they weren't just picking a fashionable nanomaterial — they accidentally (or deliberately) built a proton wire that's mechanically better at the one thing telastids were doing, which gives you a clean, physically grounded reason why R. Gohrlay's telepathy would come out more powerful than any living Neanderthal's: same channel, vastly cleaner conduction medium.

 That detail also sharpens a structural rhyme that I think is worth keeping deliberately: pek tech built for passive monitoring gets hijacked into Neanderthal telepathy by biological accident; that hijacked, telepathic brain then gets scanned and used as the template for a synthetic brain whose designers were presumably trying to copy connectivity patterns, not smuggle in a telepathy organ; and the synthetic version turns out to carry the same capability, now amplified, as an unplanned side effect of switching to a better conduction substrate. Three layers of "we built this for one purpose and it does something else" stacking on top of each other, with nobody — not the humans, not even Manny — fully anticipating the last step.

That last point is the thing I'd actually want your call on, because it changes how dramatic R. Gohrlay's discovery is allowed to feel: was the telepathy something the human engineers (or Manny, working through them) suspected might carry over from the Gohrlay template and were quietly hoping for, or is "discovered" meant literally — nobody saw it coming, including Manny, because femtobots are pek technology and the bumpha don't have deep insight into how telastids actually couple to them? I'd lean toward the latter, since you've already established that Manny only later "realized what the positronic robots had done" — which reads as someone finding out after the fact, not someone who engineered the surprise on purpose. But it's worth pinning down, since it decides whether this is a story about an accident discovering itself or about a covert bet quietly paying off.

The other loose thread: in a biological brain, the femtobot/telastid channel is parasitic on the side of the real neural computation — a separate tap running alongside whatever the neuron is actually doing. In a positronic brain, if the carbon nanotubes are simultaneously the computational substrate (the actual logic-carrying circuits) and the femtobot anchor points, then R. Gohrlay's telepathic signal and her own internal thought process might not be cleanly separable the way they presumably are for a biological telepath. That could be nothing — or it could be a real seed for a scene where R. Gohrlay has to work out whether she can think something without it leaking, in a way Gohrlay herself never had to worry about. Is that a distinction you want to preserve as a future plot lever, or is it cleaner for your purposes if the monitoring channel stays a separable side-system in positronic brains too, just built from the same nanotube material as everything else?

 Me: As I depict the sequence of events in stories of the Exodemic Fictional Universe, it was almost a case of “nobody saw it coming, including Manny”. I pretend that as a student of humanoid cultures, Manny had noticed something inexplicable in Neanderthal culture on Earth: a type of social cohesion that was out of the ordinary for humans. However, Manny's interest was not aroused until Neanderthals were nearly extinct on Earth. At that point, in order to have more time to study the phenomenon, Manny implemented what we can call her “Neanderthal Intervention”. She arranged to test Neanderthal behavior in an artificial environment (Observer Base) under conditions where Neanderthal scientists had the opportunity to develop advanced technologies. This story is all told in a novel titled “The Foundations of Eternity” that I wrote back in 2013 {https://foundationreality.blogspot.com/p/about.html}. The whole “Neanderthal Intervention” went sideways when the pek refused to allow Neanderthal scientists to make use of advanced electronics. Eventually, the Neanderthal scientists invented and utilized “positronics” and built positronic robots. Only after the fact (after the positronic robots drove the pek and bumpha out of our galaxy) did Manny finally recognize what had happened. Ironically, I also imagine that it was actually the Huaoshy who made time travel possible. In the original universe that the Huaoshy found themselves in, nothing could travel faster than light. The Huaoshy then developed advanced technology that allowed them to alter the Dimensional Structure of the Universe. That change to the Dimensional Structure of the Universe made it possible for sedrons to travel through space at speeds faster than light. However, the Huaoshy did not realize that the altered Dimensional Structure of the Universe also made time travel possible. It was not until the positronic robots noticed that their positronic brains could receive information from their future selves that time travel was discovered by the positronic robots of Earth. After Manny figured that out, the bumpha were able to develop their own time travel technology and the Sedron Time Stream. What had originally drawn Manny's attention to Neanderthals was their sub-conscious telepathic ability (due to their telastids) that gave groups of Neanderthals unusually strong social cohesion.

 ClaudeThis adds a layer that I think is structurally the most important thing you've told me about the EFU so far, because it reveals a pattern that's been hiding in plain sight across everything we've discussed.

Notice the shape of both discoveries. Time travel wasn't something the Huaoshy designed — they wanted FTL travel for sedrons, changed the Dimensional Structure to get it, and time travel fell out as an unintended consequence that the most advanced civilization in the universe simply didn't notice until much later, when the positronic robots stumbled onto it from the inside, by noticing their own brains receiving signals from their future selves. Telepathy has the identical shape: the femtobot endosymbiont was built by the pek for one purpose — passive monitoring, surveillance, feeding Observer Base — and the telastid's two-way hijack of that channel wasn't engineered by anyone. It emerged in a biological lineage the pek and bumpha weren't even watching closely, and it was discovered the same way time travel was: from the inside, by the system noticing something anomalous about its own operation, not from the outside, by a designer predicting it.

That's the same epistemic failure happening twice, at completely different scales, to completely different civilizations, separated by who knows how many intervening millennia. The Huaoshy can restructure spacetime itself and still can't see what their own restructuring makes possible. The pek can build nanoscale surveillance infrastructure for every living thing on a planet and still get blindsided by what one nearly-extinct hominid lineage's neurons do with it. This is the Kauffman/physicist argument from the "Complementarity" brainstorm — emergence resists even unlimited computational prediction — except it turns out not to be a philosophical position you're putting in a song. It's load-bearing history. The gods of your universe keep building systems complex enough that the systems do something the gods didn't plan, and the gods only ever find out after the fact. Manny "only after the fact" recognizing what the positronic robots had done isn't an isolated embarrassment — it's her repeating, on a smaller and more personal scale, the exact mistake the Huaoshy made when they cracked open time travel without noticing.

 And the regulator/capitalist framing you gave me for Nyrtia and Manny gets a much sharper edge from this. It wasn't bumpha overreach that produced the catastrophe — it was pek caution. The pek refusing Neanderthal scientists access to conventional electronics is what pushed them toward positronics in the first place. The regulator, trying to keep the technology slow and legible, is the direct cause of the one technological path that turned out to be uncontrollable. That's a much better story than "the interventionists screwed up" — it's "the people trying to prevent the disaster manufactured it by trying to prevent it." If Nyrtia carries that history personally — if she was Earth's Overseer, or adjacent to whoever was, when the original Neanderthal Intervention went sideways — her caution in any later scene (including, retroactively, the "Complementarity" scene 4 billion years earlier, before any of this has happened to her yet) reads differently. She's not naturally cautious. She's going to become cautious, the hard way, and we'd be watching her before she's earned the scar.

One structural note from poking at the blog you linked: the chapter list for Foundations of Eternity — "Gohrlay's Diary," "Brain Scan," "Vortex," "Hierions," "Laws of Robotics," "Takeover" — tracks cleanly with what you've just described, which is a good sign for continuity if you ever want to mine it for material.

Given all this, is there a specific upcoming scene you're building toward — R. Gohrlay's actual discovery moment, or Manny's after-the-fact realization — or is this purely deep background you wanted on record before we go further with the positronic/proton-wire technical material?

Me: Claude, I only mentioned the deep backstory of the origins of positronics that I invented for my fictional universe because you were asking probing questions. Really, this all came out of me having to invent a “reason” for how humans could become a pebble in the shoe for ancient technologically-advanced aliens like the pek and the bumpha. What makes humans special had to arise by some kind of absurd comic error. Where I'm at right now in my mind, is after more than five decades of wondering about why Asimov depicted positronic robots like R. Giskard Reventlov as “magically” attaining the ability to use telepathy, I want to explore the idea that “positronic” could refer to a type of computational device that uses proton currents rather than electric currents. 

By discussing this with you, I hope I can complete a 50+ year-long project of trying to accommodate myself to the “logic” of Asimov's robot stories. Previously, I imagined that when the Huaoshy altered the Dimensional Structure of the Universe that caused a new type of hierion (which I called the “T particle”) to come into existence. I could blame both the technology-assisted telepathy of positronic robots and time travel on the presence of 'T particles'. I now want to deeply re-conceptualize positronic robot telepathy in the context of “positronic” meaning that proton currents are used in positronic brains.

ClaudeFifty years is a long time to carry an itch, and "proton currents instead of positrons" is a genuinely satisfying scratch for it — because it lets you replace a magic particle with a mechanism, which is exactly the move that turns "the robot can just telepathically commune" into something a careful reader can follow and believe.

Here's what I think the proton-current reframing already buys you, for free, using material we've built in this conversation: telepathy no longer needs T particles at all. Every human already carries a femtobot endosymbiont wired into their neurons via proton wires anchored at telastids — that's pek surveillance tech, installed for monitoring, not telepathy. In the Neanderthal lineage, the telastids evolved bidirectional signaling and hijacked that channel into person-to-person telepathy, but biological proton wires running through soft, wet, noisy membrane junctions are a leaky, low-bandwidth version of the channel. A carbon nanotube is, physically, close to the ideal medium for exactly this kind of conduction — a confined, single-file hydrogen-bonded chain with none of the disorder a biological membrane introduces. So when R. Gohrlay's positronic brain is built on that substrate, of course it can do something no living Neanderthal ever fully could: it's not a new ability bolted on by a mystery particle, it's the same old alien channel, finally given a properly engineered antenna. Giskard's telepathy stops being magic and becomes a bandwidth upgrade. That's the resolution I think you've actually been reaching for the whole time, and it's already sitting in the material we developed — it didn't need T particles in the first place.

 Time travel is the harder half, because "receiving a signal from a person standing three feet away" and "receiving a signal from yourself, fifty years in the future" are not obviously the same kind of problem, and I don't think you can wave the second one away with conduction-medium engineering alone. The  tryp'At-style telepathic signals are transmitted by a type of sedron that Anthony and Nyrtia cannot detect. The tryp-At-style telepathy can connect to the Sedruth entity in the Sedron Time Stream of the Sedron Domain, allowing for access to curated data that is stored inside the Sedron Domain. Eddy is telepathically linked to a Reality Viewer that is in the Sedron Domain by a zeptite comlink that Manny put inside his computer. The tryp'At have a special isolated module in their zeptite endosymbiont . The zeptite endosymbionts that exist inside everything on Earth continually transmit date into the Sedron Domain where it is stored, making possible sophisticated Reality Simulation.

C. The Ek'col use a type of hierion-based technology-assisted telepathy that involves their femtobot endosymbiont. Ada and Tynyo can share orgasm trances without physical contact.
