Colleen H. Liscan |
According to the analytics provided by Google, the most visited blog post here at the wikifiction blog is now the page that holds a short story that I wrote back in 2017:
Hierion Confinement.
"Hierion Confinement" features a character named
Overseer Ekco (see the image to the left). Ms. Ekco is an
Ek'col who has the thankless task of preventing Earthlings from destroying themselves with advanced technology.
Ekco must remove an Interventionist agent from Earth: Colleen Liscan. Colleen has been busily trying to reveal to Earthlings the existence of
hierions, a new (for Earth) type of fundamental particle.
Colleen is a kind of prototype
Interventionist agent that is relevant to a new story that I am writing here at the end of 2018. I am constructing the backstory for
Rylla, the "true"
Editor of the
Exode Saga.
It is fun to view Colleen as a "proof of concept" for how to embed an Interventionist agent into Earth's timeline of events, but how many other similar "agents" have there been during Earth's long history? One such candidate is
Princess Luri. I've previously imagined that a series of
Thomas clones may have lived on Earth and interacted with women such as Luri and
Rotharkin.
Zeta suggests that Rylla's mother may have been part of a "super organism" that has been inserted multiple times in Earth's timeline as women such as Luri and
Georgy White. For some reason, Colleen is included in the
infites that I obtained from
Yōd and was known to Yōd as
Colleen
H.
Liscan. Colleen developed an obsession with the
Large
Hadron
Collider and the idea that it might reveal previously unknown aspects of particle physics. I don't like the idea that her entire life was planned out in advance by Interventionists, but her life on Earth was suddenly terminated by the Earth Overseers. What did she do upon reaching Observer Base?
