Law Two. While not disrupting Law #1, attempts should be made to get technologically advanced intelligences off of planets with active ecosystems while maximizing the diversity of life.

Rule Three. As intelligent species move off of planets, a hierarchy of cultures with different technological levels should be established in which species mainly have contact with other levels that are nearest to their own.

Rule Four.  Systems should be engineered that allow intelligences to explore their own growth and potential for development rather than being concerned with Intervening in the self-determination of others.

 Below on this blog page is the story for Episode 4 of the science fiction television series titled "Intervention". In the Ekcolir Reality, the bumpha sent a femtozoan time traveler into the past in order to counter the Edison Intervention: a misguided attempt by Nyrtia to accelerate the pace of human technological advancement just before the arrival of the alien Fru'wu in the 1950s.

As shown in the first three episodes of the "Intervention" television series, Marda's two young children, Brak and Llyndella, became involved in a search for that femtozoan Interventionist agent of the bumpha. Brak is driven by his visions of the future that he has received by way of the Sedron Time Stream.

The events in Episode 4 begin immediately after the end of Episode 3. Brak and Llyndella discover that an episode of television series "Planet 117" from the Ekcolir Reality holds the last clue that is need to solve the puzzle of how to synthesize sedrons.

Anita leaned against Eddy and placed her hands against his head. He felt a synapex linkage form and it provided him with direct access to Anita's language-like thoughts. With the establishment of Anita's synapex linkage to Eddy's nervous system, now Zeta was in a shared mind space with Eddy, Anita and Mary. Zeta told Anita: Get your cute breasts off of my husband.

Anita pulled back from Eddy, breaking her synapex link to his mind, but she had directly confirmed that fact that Eddy was investigating what he thought of as the 'Mary femtozoan', the artificial life-form that now resided in Mary and guided her actions. Anita put her hands on Zeta's breasts and synapex linked to Zeta's nervous system through the dense network of nerves around Zeta's nipples. Anita told Mary, "Yes, you are correct. All three of these ladies are from a future Reality. It is startling... they think of their Reality as being the Final Reality, where time travel is no longer possible." Anita was playing with Zeta's erect nipples. Some pink fluid emerged from one of Zeta's lower breasts and Anita licked it up. Anita said, "Just like I imagined for the Grendels in 'Planet 117'! Her lower breasts secrete something other than normal milk."

Rylla told Anita, "I'll be happy to give you a full tutorial on tryp'At sex hormones. I've spent decades perfecting synthetic agonists for oxypathin and klytykynyn receptors." Rylla watched as Anita and Mary each began sucking on one of Zeta's nipples. Rylla suggested, "If you two are going to start milking Zeta, maybe we should go up to our suite on the seventh floor."

Eddy shook his head and put an arm around Mary's shoulders, pulling her away from Zeta. He said, "No, we have confirmed Brak's belief that this is the 'Mary femtozoan' in another of her roles on Earth. We can simply pop her out of the Simulation System."

Zeta was now synapex linked to Anita through one of her nipples and Anita's mouth. Zeta was searching through Anita's memories and she told Eddy, "Anita was another one of the bumpha agents on Earth!"

Mary explained to Eddy, "I am the current host for the time traveling femtozoan that you seek. Just last year, that femtozoan from the future transferred out of Anita's body and moved into mine."

Knowing that his search inside the Ekcolir Reality Simulation was complete, Eddy exited from the Halifax Simulation of 1966 and he brought a copy of Mary into the Final Reality. Anthony was there in the great room, amusing Pepper the cat with some of his femtobot components that were in the form of a mouse that was running around the room. Mary was continuing to telepathically examine Eddy's memories and she asked, "You brought me here for Brak?" Mary was already in telepathic contact with the other Mary from 1869 who also had a copy of the time traveling femtozoan from the future. The Mary from 1966 asked Eddy, "Why does Brak need two of me?"

Eddy explained, "Brak has a sister, Llyn. Brak has seen a future in which the two copies of you, Llyn and Brak form a telepathic four-group with full access to the Sedron Time Stream."

Mary asked, "Sedron Time Stream?"

Sedruth replied to Mary's question telepathically: Eddy, that term is unfamiliar to Mary. Due to temporal paradox restrictions, Mary's access to the Sedron Time Stream was carefully controlled and restricted by the bumpha.

Eddy asked Sedruth, "Where are the others? I was expecting them to return from the Simulation with me."

"Zeta wanted to stay in the Simulation and play with Anita." Sedruth explained, "Rylla and Marda are going to get into a shared orgasm trance with Mary and learn about her mission in the Ekcolir Reality." After a pause, Sedruth activated the Viewer display and reported, "As you can see, Zeta, Rylla and Marda have already taken Anita and Mary up to suite 711 and they are opening up the cases that contain their sextoy collections."

Eddy turned off the display and held up a hand and told Sedruth, "Spare me the details."

Sedruth added, "They will probably stay for the entire convention and vote for Asimov to receive an award for 'Best Time Travel Story of All Time'."

Eddy said, "I hope they remember that Nora is on the way to Arizona with the rest of the family."

Sedruth assured Eddy, "I'll bring Rylla and Marda out of the Simulation when their children arrive here. However, Zeta may want to stay in Halifax a bit longer."

Tyhry, the Mary from 1869 and Brak came down the hallway to the great room. After having coached Brak on how to make love to Mary, Tyhry was now exceptionally horny and she immediately went out back to the hot tub in search of her long-time lover, Anthony. The Mary from 1869 asked the Mary who Eddy had just extracted from the Simulation of 1966, "You are me, from my future?"

Eddy explained, "I just pulled this Mary Stilwell out of a Simulation of 1966. She's biologically a different woman, but another host for the same femtozoan that you have inside your femtobot endosymbiont."

"Ah, then you must be close to the end of our 100 year contract with the bumpha."

The Mary from 1966 shook her head and explained, "There have been changes to the original plan. When both Nyrtia and Manny kept making additional changes to the timeline of Earth, I was given the ability to fully utilize my telepathic abilities and my infites. My mission became quite intense; there are a number of Star Trek spin-offs that I was told to create... 'Aqualink', 'Intervention', 'Assignment: Earth', 'Questor'... so my mission has been extended past the original 100 year time frame."

Brak said, "That sounds like a lot of work for any writer."

Mary66 shrugged, "You underestimate the help that I am getting from the bumpha. The stories for these shows like 'Intervention' flow effortlessly from my femtozoan."

The Mary from 1869 finished processing a set of infites that she had received from Mary66 and she said, "Balok is a greedy task-master." Now having been informed about events in the 1960s, she turned her attention back to Brak. "So, what you really want is this other, older Mary. And you brought me here as a partner for your sister?"

Brak shrugged and told Mary69, "In my visions of the future, the four of us exist as a team. However, my little sister is better temporally aligned with you. At least, she will be, after she and I use the Accelerator."

Eddy asked Brak, "You are going to advance your age once again?"

Brak nodded. "Face it Pa, adjusting my age is the only way we can complete the time loop that you have seen via your access to information that has reached you by way of the Sedron Time Stream and Ivory Fersoni's infites." Brak put an arm around the Mary from 1966 and told Eddy. "I now finally understand what I have seen in my future visions. I must catch my biological age up to this Mary and then I will be at the age that you know from your future vision. The time loop will be completed, here, this year!"

Eddy suggested, "Zeta and I could go back into temporal stasis and we could wait for you to grow older naturally."

"No, there is no need for that. Manny is right. We are pushing Llyn hard, but she is ready to be Accelerated." Brak spent some time explaining to the Mary from 1966 about how the special Accelerator Simulation could artificially age people. Brak also told the two Marys, "We humans of the Final Reality have begun to learn about femtobot programming, but still cannot control how our femtobot components make us age. We are forced to age at the standard rate for humans. I hope that Llyn will be able to get us around the restrictions imposed by Manny on femtobot programming. Maybe we can jump right to directly programming zeptites!"

Just then, on cue, Manny appeared, returning from the hot tub where she had just had a glorious sexplay session with Anthony. Brak told the two Mary's, "This is Manny the bumpha, who has been helping the telepaths of Earth for the past few decades. She plays the same role here in the Final Reality that Balok played in your Reality."

Manny was wiping up and eating some of Anthony's semen that was dribbling out of her vagina and running down her leg. She added, "Balok does not like to linger on planets. He is always off on journey's through outer space. Also, he's not fond of the human body form." Manny ran her hands over her cute breasts and her erect nipples. "I enjoy pretending to be human."

Trying to ignore how Manny was now rubbing Anthony's semen all over her breasts, Eddy told Brak, "I don't understand what you hope to accomplish by aging Llyn. You should let her have a childhood."

Manny put an arm around Eddy and snuggled against his body. "Llyndella is on a fast track to becoming the first human to transcend into the Sedron Domain. She has never established any roots that might anchor her to the Hadron Domain." Manny reminded Eddy, "Think back to how eager you were to remain in that Simulation with Marta."

"At the time, I did not know what was going on. I had no choice."

"The point is, you were happy to lead that artificial existence with Marta. Llyn will soon attain her mature form as an artificial life-form composed of zeptites and she will be ready to experience her new existence inside the Sedron Domain. There is no need to make her suffer through a normal human childhood."

The way that Manny was pressing her beautiful naked body against him, Eddy suspected that she was trying to distract him. He placed one hand on her delightfully sculpted bottom, while trying to stay on topic. He asked Brak, "It sounds like Manny is planning for your sister to abandon life in the Hadron Domain and enter the Sedron Domain. Are you still eager to rush Llyn towards having her body converted into sedrons and zeptite components?"

Before Brak could respond to Eddy's question, the Mary from 1869 said, "Brak and I just shared an orgasm trance a short time ago. When our minds were linked, I saw something in Brak's mind that I did not understand: The Legend of Uvadekoto."

Brak explained, "That is an old science fiction story that Eddy wrote."

"Yes!" Eddy pulled his hand off of Manny's shapely bottom just so that he could snap his fingers. "That story explained how to synthesize sedron fuel for spaceships!"

Brak sat down at Eddy's computer workstation and brought up the blog page that held The Legend of Uvadekoto. Brak muttered, "I never bothered to read all of this rather rambling story...."

"The story mentions sedrons with mass 382." Eddy added, "However, I have no evidence that there actually is a sedron with mass 382 here in the Final Reality.  The Legend of Uvadekoto is supposed to be from the First Reality, a part of Deep Time where the Dimensional Structure of the Universe was different."

Sedruth reminded Eddy, "The number 382 was passed to you by Angela and Ivory Fersoni."

Brak was scanning through the pages of The Legend of Uvadekoto as Eddy had long ago written the story in his blog. "I wish Tyhry was here. She knows more about sedrons than anyone."

Manny contradicted Brak. "Your sister Llyn knows more."

The Mary from 1966 said, "I was trained in the use of infites by Balok. During my mission on Earth, I've often used infites to alter the behavior of other people. I've always believed that my infites are femtobots, but now I wonder... maybe I have always been doing zeptite programming."

Eddy said, "Sadly, we have no way of detecting zeptites."

The Mary from 1966 placed a hand on Eddy's face. "Eddy, you are an amazing telepathic transmitter and I can telepathically probe deeply into your memories. I've been trying to process the content of all your science fiction stories. I notice that you recently had the idea of what you called the 'weavon', the means of linking hierions to quarks."

Eddy nodded. "Yes, I included that concept in one of my stories, simply as a logical necessity, as a way to depict something as being able to hold hierion matter together with hadrons." Eddy looked at Manny and noted, "Manny could explain everything if she wanted to make herself useful."

Manny grabbed Eddy's hand and placed it back on her sexy bottom. "I'm ready and willing to have you use me, Eddy. However, I don't want to deprive you Earthlings of the fun of solving your little physics problems."

Mary66 said, "I like your logic, Eddy. And if we extend that thinking to sedrons, then there must be something that can link together hierions and sedrons. For sake of discussion, let us call that linker a 'hidron', which might be analogous to gluons."

Eddy nodded. "And gluons can be detected. If we had a hidron detector then we might be able to determine if your infites are composed of hierions or sedrons. What is so frustrating is that tools for working with sedrons existed in the past Realities of Deep Time. But things are different now, ever since the Huaoshy changed the Dimensional Structure of the Universe so as to prevent all further time travel." Eddy glanced out the back window to where Tyhry was now enjoying her time alone with Anthony the probot. Eddy continued, "My daughter Tyhry has found that sedrons behave differently in the Final Reality."

Mary69 said, "I find it very difficult to believe that it is possible to change the Dimensional Structure of the Universe."

Manny admitted, "It is quite frustrating to no longer be able to travel through time. However, I think the Huaoshy were correct. When time travel was available, it led to an endless Time Travel War."

Eddy added, "The problem is, we know so little about sedrons that we can't even imagine how the change in Dimensional Structure altered the properties of sedrons. We do suspect that one particular hierion, what I've called the 'T-particle', was removed from existence when the Huaoshy changed the Dimensional Structure of the Universe. It might be the same for one or more sedrons. In any case, the tools that could be used in both the Asimov Reality and the Ekcolir Reality to collect sedron fuel for interstellar space travel no longer work."

Tyhry arrived inside from the hot tub and said, "Our use of HySe is crippled by a shortage of sedron fuel. Every sedron is imported from my research laboratory inside the Ekcolir Reality Simulation by means of a process that depends on alien technology." Tyhry moved between Eddy and Manny and took Eddy's hand off of Manny's bottom. "Manny is so mean... she refuses to tell me how to make that importation of sedrons more efficient."

Manny said, "It is time for you bumbling humans to figure out how to work with sedrons." Manny playfully slapped Tyhry's bottom and told her, "If I was mean then I would completely prevent you from importing any sedrons from Deep Time."

Anthony came inside from the patio and reported, "I got the hot tub and its filters all cleaned up. Now I'm going to the airport. I'll fly Llyndella back here as quickly as possible, but we'll need one more driver for the big rental van."

Tyhry took every available opportunity to use her flying car. "I'll do the flying, you can drive the van, Anthony."

Brak said, "I'm going to the airport, too. I need to speak to Llyn."

After Brak, Anthony and Tyhry departed in Tyhry's flying car, Eddy allowed himself to be pulled into the hot tub with Manny and the two Marys. In the hot tub, Manny immediately went under the surface of the water and began playing with Eddy's genitals. The two Mary's began playing with each-other.

Mary69 said, "Manny may not be helping us understand sedrons, but but she is not preventing us from working on this mystery. I'll assume that means that we have everything we need to solve the puzzle."

Mary66 added, "I suspect that the pieces of the puzzle are distributed between Eddy, Brak, Tyhry and... who is this Llyndella? Brak's sister."

Eddy was struggling not to be too distracted by what Manny was doing with his penis. He explained, "All of Rylla's children are mysteries. They are artificial genetic constructs. Both Brak and Llyndella have unusual genomes that Marda has partially sequenced."

Mary69 asked Eddy, "It is the same with Rylla? You call her your daughter, but you don't really know the origin of her genes, do you?"

Eddy explained, "Nobody in this family has conventional biological origins. Zeta is half Neanderthal. I carry tryp'At gene combinations, as do Tyhry and Marda."

Mary66 noted, "Tyhry seems to have a fairly normal human phenotype."

Eddy chuckled. "Don't be fooled by what you have seen. When she is here in Arizona, she almost always shifts her femtobot components so as to return to her original bodily form. But that body form is a lie that was forced upon her by developmental control nanites. When she is at her nanite research laboratory in the Ekcolir Reality, she uses her tryp'At body form." Eddy experienced an orgasm and he found himself in a shared mind space with Manny and the two Mary's.

Mary69 was able to link her femtozoan directly to Eddy's. It was as if they actually swapped femtozoans. Eddy found himself adrift in a vast pool of memories that went back to the Asimov Reality and dozens of Huxy hermaphrodites. When Eddy finally returned to normal consciousness, he was inside the house, in his bedroom, on the big bed that he shared with Zeta. Mary69 was sprawled across Eddy's body and they were synapex linked, penis to cervix. Mary said, "Welcome back. I was worried that I could never revive you, but I think you are once again linked to your femtozoan."

Eddy asked, "What time is it?"

Zeta came into the bedroom and sat on the bed. Mary69 pulled herself off of Eddy and Zeta took hold of Eddy's erection. She said, "Let this be a lesson to you. Manny is trouble."

Zeta and Eddy were telepathically linked and Eddy could see in Zeta's mind the fun she'd had in the Simulation of 1966, including sexplay with Asimov. Mary69 said, "Brak and Llyn are back!"

Mary69 went to the great room where Mary66 was already examining Llyn's aged body. Brak put his arms around Mary66 and said, "Now I'm older than you are."

Mary66 now felt Brak telekinetically stimulating her genitals. "I've lived dozens of lives, to me you are just a child and always will be."

Brak told Sedruth, "Open the portal." He pointed towards the portal that was now open into the Reality Simulation System. "Let's go where we can link up." The two Marys, Llyn and Brak went into the Reality Simulation System, but not before the twins Phrix and Alcia arrived from down the hallway with Anthony. 

Phrix had only briefly seen Llyn and Brak. Phrix asked Anthony, "That was Llyn and Brak?

Sedruth spoke from the Reality Simulation System, "Your brother and sister have grown older. They have important work to do inside the Reality Simulation System, but they will return soon."

Anthony provided Phrix and Alcia with femtobot mice and they began playing with Pepper the cat. Everyone in the house was anticipating the return of Llyn and Brak and some had felt the telepathic mind pattern of Brak.

When Zeta and Eddy finally arrived from their bedroom, the whole family was together in the great room. Alcia asked for popcorn and Tyhry was just heading towards the kitchen when Brak and Llyn and the two Mary's returned, suddenly appearing outside, in front of the front window of the great room. The four travelers came inside and Brak told Tyhry, "We just teleported here from Observer Base. I think we found the solution to the sedron fuel problem."

Tyhry pointed at Anthony and signaled for him to go to the Kitchen and prepare the popcorn. Tyhry placed a hand on Alcia's shoulder and asked Brak, "What was the trick?"

Mary66 replied, "We were able to take the hierion probe equipment from your nanite research lab to Observer Base. When my mind was linked Llyndella's during our shared orgasm trance, everything became quite obvious. We used the available equipment to bombard iridium with anti-gravity hierions. That allowed us to quickly demonstrate that the 191 isotope of iridium can be efficiently converted into sedron fuel."

Brak added, "We fueled HySe and made a quick test run to Proxima b." Brak handed Eddy a time-stamped photograph of that distant exoplanet. "The new sedron fuel is not quite as efficient as were the old sedrons from the Ekcolir Reality, but we have no shortage of these alternative sedrons."

Eddy asked, "Iridium is the source of these new sedrons, not platinum?"

The Frenchyhysur Process

Mary66 explained, "Eddy, I got the idea that we should try iridium because of an episode of 'Intervention' titled 'Dr. Frenchyhysur'.

Eddy was surprised that Mary knew about Dr. Frenchyhysur. He told her, "I once wrote a story called 'The Frenchyhysur Process'."

Brak suggested, "Angela Fersoni could have learned about 'Dr. Frenchyhysur' by way of the Sedron Time Stream and passed that story idea to you, Eddy."

Mary66 explained, "In the episode 'Dr. Frenchyhysur', there was a description of the Frenchyhysur process. That episode was written by Anita. Anyhow, it worked and we can now synthesize sedron fuel here in the Final Reality."

Tyhry told Mary69, "You were correct. We did have all of the puzzle pieces. We just could not see how to fit those pieces together... not until Llyndella was old enough to help us."

Eddy said, "I take full responsibility for not recognizing the importance of iridium and the Frenchyhysur process. I never really believed that stories like 'The Frenchyhysur Process' were relevant to our problems here in the Final Reality."

Brak placed a hand on Eddy's shoulder, "Let's call it a case of throwing the baby out with the bath water."

Ever since arriving in Arizona, Llyndella had been comfortably snuggled up against her lover, Mary69. Now Zeta stepped close and took hold of one of Llyndell'a hands, pulling it off of Mary69. "You are very quiet. Are you alright?"

Llyn nodded and said quietly, "I'm fine, but I can't stop thinking about the Sedron Domain."

Brak told Llyn, "That's understandable. You have spent the majority of your life there."

Llyn shook her head. "I don't mean the Simulation System. That's like a prison. There must be a way of breaking out of the Simulation System and meeting the Huaoshy."

Eddy said, "Well, how about it, Sedruth? Is there a way for mere mortals to meet the Huaoshy?"

There was no answer from Sedruth. Llyn said, "Sedruth has abandoned me... I no longer feel his mind. I think he expects me to finish growing up before I'll be allowed to take my next step and go deeper into the Sedron Domain."

Mary69 suggested to Llyn, "You and I could go back into the Accelerator."

Approaching them from behind, Marda put her arms around both Llyn and Mary69. "I want you to stay here in the Hadron Domain long enough to provide a full report of your time inside the Simulation System."

Anthony arrived from the kitchen with the popcorn that Alcia had requested. Tyhry said, "Well, if there is no longer a fuel shortage, then I want to take HySe on a real flight... I want to find out if Psi 2000 exists in this Reality."

Eddy was shaking his head in dismay. "I'm such a fool. I never took the time watch that television program, 'Planet 117'. Had I made use of the available clue then I would have paid more attention to iridium."

Tyhry put an arm around her father and mused, "Maybe the bumpha provided Anita with information from the previous Reality, the Asimov Reality." Another idea occurred to Tyhry. "And possibly, the bumpha had Viewed the Final Reality and knew that we would need this clue." She told Eddy, "Let's take HySe out and search for Psi 2000."

Eddy looked at Zeta and said, "I did promise Tyhry that I'd go out on HySe when the fuel problem was solved." Eddy saw that Zeta was shaking her head, but he asked Zeta, "Will you come with us?"

Zeta said, "You two go. I have my own mission to pursue. I'm going to return to the Halifax Simulation. Now I know what to ask Anita... about the stories she wrote for 'Planet 117'."

Marda giggled and told Eddy, "Your wife has a girl friend. She's smitten by Anita."

Nora, who had long been one of Zeta's lovers, told Zeta, "I'm jealous. I'd like to meet this Anita."

Rylla told Nora, "You deserve a vacation after taking care of all the kids. Go with Zeta. Have some fun in Halifax."

Nora's husband told her, "Remember, I only have a week off from work. You need to be back by next Saturday, before I return to Perth."

Zeta told Sedruth, "Send Nora and I into a micro-Simulation of Halifax."

Sedruth told Zeta, "Very well, the micro-Simulation can run at nearly twenty-five times normal temporal progression." The portal to Halifax opened.

Zeta took Nora by the hand and told her, "We have time to live the whole convention a dozen times if we want to, and best of all, Sedruth will place us in our 30-year-old bodies." The two women passed through the portal and entered the Simulation.

 Epilogue

1967 in the Ekcolir Reality

Nyrtia had just used her Viewing technology to observe the future and the completion of the Star Trek Time Loop. She told Balok, "Very impressive. You used this television series Star Trek to bring into existence a future that is remarkably like the fictional world of Star Trek.

Balok nodded. "We can call this future of the Galactic Federation a collaborative effort. I never would have been driven to the creation of this Star Trek Time Loop without the stimulus provided by your Edison Intervention."

Nyrtia noted, "It seems to me that your ability to craft this Star Trek Time Loop undermines your claim that the Huaoshy are planning to put an end to Time Travel. You have demonstrated that the Time Travel War can lead to good outcomes and futures that are acceptable to both me and you."

Since the bumpha were unwilling to share their advanced Reality Viewing technology with Nyrtia, Balok did not expect Nyrtia to accept the mind-twisting concept that the Dimensional Structure of the Universe would be edited by the Huaoshy. Given Nyrtia's inability to cognitively accept the existence of a Final Reality, Balok could share with Nyrtia the whole truth. "The Star Trek Time Loop has an additional level of recursive excellence. Manny played the role of Anita and wrote most of the episodes of 'Planet 117'. And with the help of Manny, each episode of the Star Trek spin-off 'Intervention' will depict events that actually take place in a future Reality."

Nyrtia laughed. She had seen the first episode of 'Intervention' and found it to be a completely unbelievable work of fiction. "No possible future of Earth could have telepathic mutants like that character, Brak, who magically sees the future. Although, I'm impressed by Mary's imagination. The idea of a Sedron Time Stream is very far out."

Balok suggested, "You must admit, Nyrtia, you don't know what technological wonders are possible for the Huaoshy within Sedron Domain."

Nyrtia shrugged. "I'm quite content with my own mastery of the Hierion Domain. We can call this MAC, Mutually Assured Creation. Working together, each of us using our own complementary methods, you and I can bring into existence beautiful things like the Star Trek Time Loop. I need never know exactly what the Huaoshy are capable of and you will never understand what I have learned from the Phari about the Hierion Domain. Under the Trysta Truce, we have achieved a true balance of powers. Maybe someday you can introduce me to your helper, Manny."

Balok warned Nyrtia, "You already know Manny, but she is a master of disguise, able to pass herself off as a human."

Nyrtia laughed again and gazed upon Balok's brightly colored plumage. Then Nyrtia asked Balok, "Pink feathers and all?"

For a moment Balok thought about the way Manny loved to play with hair almost as much as Balok loved to decorate himself with colorful feathers. Balok joined Nyrtia in laughing then tried to change the subject and told Nyrtia, "Someday I will discover how to access your secret base inside the Hierion Domain."

Nyrtia laughed even louder. "I don't think bumpha thought processes are compatible with the physics of the Hierion Domain."

Balok sobered and contemplated the fact that there seemed to be some truth to the idea that bumpha zeptites were irreversibly tuned to the Sedron Domain while possibly being fundamentally incompatible with the Hierion Domain. Balok told Nyrtia, "Hence my increasing use of femtozoan agents."

Nyrtia taunted Balok, "Your femtozoans are just as ineffective as your previous generation of zeptozoans."

Balok knew that the bumpha sedroids, which used zeptozoan technology, had never been recognized by Nyrtia. Balok could not gloat about the successful deployment of sedroids, but he noted, "My agents have traced the origin of your probot technology to the Phari planet Excalbia."

Nyrtia neither confirmed or denied that Excalbia had been the source of her first advanced programmable femtobots. "I was very convenient that some planets of the Phari Network are so close to Earth. That is what allowed me to discover the existence of the Phari." Nyrtia reactivated her Viewer and commented on the many Star Trek television series and movies of the Ekcolir Reality. "I don't detect your agent, Mary, as being involved in all of these later follow-on Star Trek elements."

Balok confirmed, "Eventually the Star Trek phenomenon became self-sustaining and Mary finally got to depart from Earth, her successful mission completed."

Nyrtia could not resist one last jibe. "You seem to spread your agents very thin and push them too hard." And with that, Nyrtia returned to the Hierion Domain.

Balok chuckled to himself. It was true that the bumpha expected much from their Interventionist agents, but the rewards were also great. Balok contemplated the fact that two copies of the Mary femtozoan would end up in the Final Reality.

Sedruth told Balok: I estimate that there is a 97.9% chance that in the Final Reality, Zeta will recognize Anita as being Manny, playing one of her roles as an Earthling.

Balok nodded and told Sedruth: When Zeta successfully makes that guess, then Manny will quickly edit Zeta's memories and erase that idea from Zeta's thoughts. Both Balok and Manny were counting on Zeta to become obsessed with Anita at the same time when Eddy would be going off to explore the galaxy with Tyhry. Those distractions would ensure that nobody in the Final Reality would ever notice that the episodes of 'Intervention' depicted actual events of the Final Reality.
